Help : 3 Months Old Indian Ringneck Self Eating

Hi Friends.

i have a 3 month old indian ringneck. I had been Crop Feeding since the time i brought her to my home. I donno how to start her with self eating. can anyone help me as i am new for Parrots. :confused::confused::confused::confused:
