Female Ringneck Bites Other Birds.
Parakeets, conures, other ringnecks.
She bites them wherever and whenever she can. She goes to other birds cages just to bite them. If a bird goes to her she bites them.
For some reason the other birds always want to go to her or sit on her cage.
It's sad to see my birds in their cages during the day. I was letting them out of the cages on a rotation so I could watch her.
We have thought about letting her go free into the world but worry if she will be ok. Her mate is the sweetest little boy and he cries if not with her. He wouldn't make it for sure. My other female IRN wants nothing to do with them but she sometimes sits on the other's cage. Which results in her getting in toes bit.
I need a solution now, before she hurts another again.
